If you're footloose and fancy free this weekend why not swing by the Lace Market in Nottingham and call in to say Hello to me and a lot of talented beans at this fabulous event...

Dedicated Fashion is going to be a huge night for Nottingham’s creative scene. Taking place at the Creative Quarter, in the fashionable setting of Nottingham’s Lace Market, the night’s main attraction will be a fashion show featuring clothes and accessories from local designers, Eternal Spirits, Hand Clothing, Guarden, Lana Siberie, Sparkle Kitten, Merrimaking, M:R Concept, Ferox, Tamara Joseph, Flip Flop & Fangs, Truth clothing, Peter Bullock, Pariah Messiah & Howl, in addition to collections from local vintage & charity stores, Wild Clothing, Cow, White Rose, Past & Present, My Sight and national brands Doc Martens & Pretty Green!

On the night there will be an outdoor market hosted by Curiosity Haus where local designers will be selling their latest collections giving attendees the chance to purchase & reserve new and limited edition items.

Running late into the night there will be live music from some of Nottingham’s most up and coming live bands, Just James, I am Lono & Tray Electric, and DJs including Stiff Kittens & Staff from The Music Exchange making this event not only an arts & fashion charity fundraiser but also a not to be missed date in the Nottingham social calendar.

The first in an ongoing series of new and exciting events raising money for various charities in Nottingham, Dedicated Fashion will not soon be forgotten. The event will present  a cutting edge video mapping projections showcase and an artistic, custom made catwalk, both unique to Dedicated Fashion. The art director for Dedicated’s launch event is Joe Barcham, who has worked on music videos by Sterophonics, Baby Godzilla, Practical Lovers and on such films as Bronson, Bunny and the Bull and Unmade Beds, and who has generously offered his services free of charge in support of Dedicated.

ALL proceeds from Dedicated Fashion will go to Framework, a charity who work hard to get the homeless off the streets and provide them with the resources they need for a brighter future. Don’t miss your chance to get your tickets, as places are limited to 100 and going fast! To keep in the loop about all things Dedicated follow us on FacebookTwitterWordPress and Tumblr.
