New News and extra strings

There’s been a lot going on behind the scenes lately - and not just the usual lovely commissions, packing orders, eating potato smilies and playing with pets 😉 I’m very excited to share that I’ve added a couple of extra strings to my Sunshine Bow lately too 🏹

Hello National Trust

The first string is something completely new and starts next week 🌿 I wasn’t actually in the market for a job but when this opportunity crossed my path I couldn’t let it pass - I bloody love the National Trust 😍 It’s only a day a week but I will get to spend it at the gorgeous Anglesey Abbey, greeting people, booping their membership cards and chatting away about what’s great to see and do 🤗 So if you’re Cambridgeshire way and plan to visit you may well see my cheesy fizzog on the welcome desk there - you have been warned ⚠️

Creative mentor

The other string is related to my full time Sunshine job and although I applied on a whim and totally thought I wouldn’t get in, I’m thrilled to say I’m now a Mentor, thanks to @craftyfoxmarket and the program they’re running with @ebay 🦊 I’ve been running my business for over 10 years so figured I should be able to help and share some of what I’ve learned 🤪

To my surprise I was accepted (YAY!) and had the very first session with my lovely mentee earlier this week 🤩 Although I was quite nervous at first, I can now say I’m genuinely very excited (and honoured) to be using my many moons of experience to help another small business and cheer them along on their creative quests 🎉

10min Portraits

In other business news, I know it’s been a while but the 10 min Portraits are coming back now I’ve worked out some dates - YAY!

So… drum roll please 🥁

My books will open again on Monday 27th June 🎨 It’s still a little while away and I’ll be back with reminders but feel free to sign up to my newsletter to get a nudge as soon as they go live ⏰
