SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping & Delivery

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class. Orders over £50 are sent via the Royal Mail tracked & signed service.

Items outside the UK are sent via Royal Mail Airmail. No tracking numbers are available for this service unless you arrange to upgrade to a tracked service at the agreed additional cost.

We aim to ship out your order within 3-5 days of purchase.

Depending on your location, items can sometimes take up to 21 working days to arrive. Royal Mail advise to wait 25 working days after the original due date, which is 7 days after the posting date, as items may still be in transit or held up in customs.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Returns are accepted if you contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. You then have a further 14 days in which to return the item. You will be responsible for the cost of return.

Any items returned without first contacting Hello Sunshine may be exempt from receiving a refund.

When you have received confirmation from Hello Sunshine that you can return your item, please send it back in the original packaging to the return address given on your original order/package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and packaging costs for returning your item. Shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable. 

Please obtain proof of purchase when returning your item. This is a free service offered by Royal Mail/Post Office in the UK. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and you may need to make a claim against the shipping company.

 

faulty goods

Please check your entire order as soon as it arrives and email bonjour@hello-sunshine.co.uk if anything is damaged or faulty within 5 days of receipt of the products. Faulty products returned within 14 days will be replaced with new ones. 

You have the right to a repair or replacement within the first 6 months of purchase for any items that may develop faults, such as metal findings and attachments failing. Accidental damage is not covered so please look after your Sunshine.

All faulty items must be returned with proof of purchase in order to obtain a repair or replacement.

NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Items that have been personalised, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Items that have been damaged by you.

Sale items, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Earrings, due to hygiene reasons, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
 

REFUNDS

On receipt of the item, we will refund you in full for your order, including the shipping cost via the orginal payment method. We will not refund the shipping cost to return the item.

The item must be undamaged and sent back in the original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund is part of the original item is missing or it has been damaged on return.

Refunds are made to the original purchaser only.

 

MISSING A REFUND?
 

If you haven't received your refund, please first check your bank details, contact your credit card company and check with your bank to establish how long it takes for a refund to reach your bank account. There is often some delay with banks processing refunds.

EXCHANGES

We only exchange items if they arrive faulty or damaged.
