hello 2022
Oh! Hey 2022 👋🏻 I’m a little late saying it over here but Happy New Year! I hope you had a lovely time welcoming 2022, however you chose to spend it. Thankfully NYD made my early NYE bedtime and silly o’clock drive to the coast more than worth it 💖
I’m making it one of my goals to be brave* and throw myself into lots more last minute adventures this year 🚌 (*driving Buddy to new places, let alone in the dark is scary AF to me😅) Anywho, personal goals aside, I thought I should swing by and give you a little update on the other things going on this month as it’s all felt like a bit of a whirlwind few weeks so far.
So… BEHOLD! The Sunshine Studio ☀️ Yup, this is what’s been going down recently - what feels weeks of sorting, clearing out, packing boxes, last minute sales and ruthlessly getting rid of stuff, THIS little-big pile of Sunshiney mess is almost ready to move to a shiny new studio space 📦
I don’t actually get keys to my new studio space until the end of the month BUT I have a couple of weddings to get ready for (hello Portraits 🎨) and that delightful tax bill to face in the meantime… yeah that’s when you know it’s a fun time to be alive 😬
Lots of plotting and planning for the studio move has been going down and I’ve been catching up with all your lovely emails and wedding portrait enquiries (thank you!) this week 💛 I’m bursting to tell you more about the space I’ll be setting up too but, being the anxious bean I am, I don’t want to jinx it until I have those keys in my hand 🔑 So I’m afraid you’ll have to wait a few more weeks! Until then though, I’m sure I’ll be filling these squares with more pet, food and outdoor adventure photos 😋
Although the Sunshine Shops are still closed right now, you might want to keep your peepers peeled on Instagram and Facebook for a cheeky, Sunshine surprise towards the end of the month 👀 Or even better - sign up to my mailing list at the bottom of this page!
Anywho, that’s my waffle done for now! I hope 2022 is being kind to you all so far and you’ve been enjoying some of the winter sunshine that’s been flirting with us!
