Once you've ordered, you'll get a confirmation with everything Jo needs. Any decent photo works. Natural light, looking roughly at the camera, not blinking. The birthday one where you look genuinely happy is usually the best one.
Jo will paint your portrait by hand in her Midlands studio and post it to you carefully packaged, ready to frame or gift. Turnaround is typically 2–3 weeks. Jo will keep you posted throughout.

Typically 2–3 weeks from when Jo receives your photo. If you need it by a specific date — a birthday, an anniversary — drop a note at checkout and Jo will do her best.

Absolutely. Jo paints pets all the time and is not even slightly judgmental about how many you have or how many you want painted.
