My 2025 Mantra Map
A Year of Movement, Momentum & mischief
At the start of this year, I decided to ditch vague resolutions and break things down into monthly mantras — little reminders to keep me moving, motivated, and (mostly) on track. Because let’s be honest, consistency isn’t exactly my strong suit… but give me a catchy phrase, and I just might remember what the hell I’m doing each month. I thought it might be fun to share it…
So here it is, my 2025 Mantra Map:
💛 JANUARY – JUST MOVE
→ No pressure, no overthinking—just get up and do something.
💛 FEBRUARY – FLEXIBLE FOCUS
→ Adapting when life isn’t going to plan - progress over perfection.
💛 MARCH – MAKE IT HAPPEN
→ Less talk, more action. Time to push forward with purpose.
💛 APRIL – ALIGN
→ Mind, body, and goals working together — tweaking, adjusting, and keeping it real.
💛 MAY – MASTERING
→ Small wins add up, so let’s refine, practice, and get stronger.
💛 JUNE – JUST KEEP GOING
→ Motivation fades, but movement matters. Keep the momentum.
💛 JULY – JOYFUL DISCIPLINE
→ Structure doesn’t have to suck — finding fun in the habits.
💛 AUGUST – ACTION & ADVENTURE
→ Say yes to challenges, push limits, make memories.
💛 SEPTEMBER – STRONG START
→ Summer’s over, routines reset — it’s time to focus.
💛 OCTOBER – OWN IT
→ Confidence, commitment, and stepping fully into my badassery.
💛 NOVEMBER – NOURISH
→ Mind, body, and soul — what do I really need?
💛 DECEMBER – DO IT ANYWAY
→ Motivation wobbles, life gets busy — show up regardless.

Keep moving - physically, mentally, and through life’s inevitable chaos. Show up for myself, even when it’s messy. Build strength, inside and out. Embrace adventure, even when it’s uncomfortable. Keep the sober train rolling as much as I can.
And most of all? Stay true to me.
